1. Service Description
Ewalingo is a SaaS language learning platform powered by artificial intelligence, accessible at ewalingo.com. It allows users to learn vocabulary, practice adaptive exercises, review with flashcards, and converse with an AI assistant.
2. Registration and User Account
Access to the service requires creating an account via the registration form or a third-party identity provider (Single Sign-On). Users agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of their credentials. Any use of the account is under the account holder's responsibility.
3. Plans and Pricing
Ewalingo offers several subscription levels: a Free plan with limited features, a Pro plan and a Premium plan with extended capabilities. Current pricing is displayed on the /pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time without prorated refund.
4. Intellectual Property
All service content (interface, algorithms, generated exercises, vocabulary packs) is the exclusive property of Ewalingo or its partners. Content imported by the user (articles, audio files) remains their property. The user grants Ewalingo a limited licence to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
5. Liability
Ewalingo undertakes to provide the service with due care but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The user is responsible for their use of the service and agrees not to use it for unlawful purposes. Ewalingo's liability is limited to the amounts paid in the preceding 12 months.
6. Termination
Users may delete their account at any time from their profile settings. Ewalingo reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of breach of these Terms of Service, without notice or refund.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
